Maison Cipriano is a French fine jewelry house, guided by the pursuit of excellence, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional gemstones. Each creation is designed as a unique piece, blending artisanal expertise with timeless elegance.
The website www.ciprianojoaillier.com (hereinafter the “Site”) enables online purchases of fine jewelry crafted in 18K gold (yellow, white palladium, or rose), set with precious and semi-precious stones, according to the highest quality standards.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between any private individual (hereinafter the “Client”) placing an order on the Site and the company SARL ENZO, operating under the trade name “Maison Cipriano” (hereinafter the “Seller”).

ARTICLE 2 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of online sales of Products offered by Maison Cipriano.
Products are exclusively intended for personal use by non-professional Clients.
Placing an order on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, which prevail over all other documents, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.

ARTICLE 3 – Products

The jewelry offered for sale is crafted in 18K gold (750/1000), set with extra-white certified diamonds (minimum color F, clarity very small 1), or other precious or semi-precious stones.
Each product page includes a detailed description and, where applicable, an indication of customization or bespoke design.
Visuals on the Site are non-contractual.
Some pieces may require up to four (4) weeks for production.

ARTICLE 4 – Avalaibility

Offers are valid while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the Client will be informed by email. They may opt for a full refund or for an equivalent item.
Bespoke or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless a defect is proven.

ARTICLE 5 – Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Shipping fees are not included and are calculated prior to finalizing the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting confirmed orders.

ARTICLE 6 – Ordering Process

Orders are placed directly on the Site.
The process includes the following steps: product selection, cart validation, Client identification or account creation, entry of billing and shipping details, delivery method selection, acceptance of the T&Cs, and payment.

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of the T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent to the Client summarizing the order.

ARTICLE 7 – Payment

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.
Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB)

• Apple Pay

• PayPal

• Shop Pay

Payment in installments will be available shortly (provider and terms to be confirmed).

ARTICLE 8 – Delivery

8.1 Shipping zones

Maison Cipriano ships to mainland France, French overseas territories, the European Union, and worldwide.

8.2 Dispatch times

• In-stock items: shipped within 48 business hours

• Made-to-order items: up to 4 weeks for production

8.3 Carrier

Deliveries are handled via Colissimo tracked service (TO BE CONFIRMED).
Delivery timeframes are generally 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

8.4 Shipping costs

• Free delivery in France

• International delivery fees – TO BE DEFINED

ARTICLE 9 – Click & collect

Clients may choose to pick up their orders directly from our boutique in Fontainebleau (31 rue de France) during opening hours. Notification will be sent once the order is ready for collection.

ARTICLE 10 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Client has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order, without the need to justify the decision.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.
⚠ This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, as per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 11 – Warranties

11.1 Legal warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (24 months) and the warranty against hidden defects (up to 5 years).

11.2 Certificates and aftercare

Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
An annual jewelry care service is offered free of charge in-store, including inspection of settings, cleaning, and polishing.

ARTICLE 12 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, logos, images, brand names) are protected under intellectual property laws. Any partial or full reproduction without prior written consent from the Seller is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 13 – Mediation & Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, Clients are invited to contact our customer service.
If no amicable resolution is found, the Client may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator:

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

ARTICLE 14 – Acceptance

By confirming an order, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
